Move Day

Move day was crazy.  Tom was at the old house and I was at the new house.  At the old house we also had our inspection so Tom was busy taking down the garage wall and ceiling fans, etc.  Our first night in the new house looked like a bomb had gone off in it! 

Child Labor

The movers would take most stuff but they wouldn't take the wood pile or backyard tiles.  We used the Lowrey, Coghill and Baggett kids to move those!  We paid them with lunch at Chicos.

Painting

We had two weeks to pack before move day.  We decided to paint the house while it was empty.  We headed back down to the souk to our paint store from 7 years ago.  They found us in the book so we could get some of the same colors we had at our old house.  Gotta love the old school record keeping here!  We than spent weekends and nights painting to get it ready for move in day! Ana was sweet enough to help Lily paint her room!  She also convinced some of the boys to help her!
