We had Thomas's home birthday party! It was nice. He let Lily open presents with him which was a really nice big brother! He got a Lightening McQueen bike which he LOVES!!! He was concerned because he knew Wal-mart did not have anymore and was afraid he wasn't going to get one. Daddy had bought it and stuck it in the attic. He had a great birthday!

HOUSTON HERE WE COME!
Tom is being transfered to Houston. We will be moving back to Texas this summer sometime. We are sad to leave Bartlesville as it is a nice place to live but are excited about being closer to family!
Sunfest
We went to Sunfest on Saturday. They have live entertainment, games, food, and lots of vendors. The kids did some games, got their faces painted and watched the Frisbee dogs. It was a nice

Dead Pancreas
My "honeymoon period" for diabetes ended the first of May. This means that the insulin I was on was not covering what I ate and needed to be switched. I was running high and dropping low because of trying to get it right. It was like being on a roller coaster. The middle of May they switched my insulin's which has helped tremendously! I have stabled out but am now having to give myself shots each time I eat plus a long lasting one. That means I am taking between 4-7 shots a day. As a result I am looking into getting an insulin pump. They have hooked me up to a continuous glucose monitor for three days to see what my sugars are doing. This is also somewhat of a trial run for me to see if I would even want to be on a pump and deal with the cord all the time. The advantages to the pump are better control and no shots (which bruise me regularly). The down side is you have a cord connected to you and a beeper type device to keep up with. We will see how it goes.
